My career has always centered around people.
I started my first business in 2011 as a freelance makeup artist for weddings and events. For over a decade, I traveled across Washington helping clients prepare for some of the most important days of their lives. Whether it meant early mornings or going the extra mile to make things run smoothly, I built my reputation on reliability, care, and creating a great experience.
That same mindset carries into my real estate business today.
In 2016, I transitioned into property management and leasing, where I worked closely with individuals and families trying to secure housing—many of whom faced real financial and life challenges. That experience changed me. I saw firsthand how important it is to have someone in your corner advocating for you, and it solidified my desire to help people not just find housing—but build stability and long-term financial security through homeownership.
Real estate, for me, has never just been about buying or selling homes—it’s about helping people navigate some of the biggest transitions in their lives with confidence, clarity, and support.
I was born in Everett and raised in Marysville, and I’ve spent my life getting to know the communities that make Snohomish County so special. From Camano Island to Whidbey Island, and even brief stops in Renton, Sammamish, and Lynnwood, I always found my way back home to the Pacific Northwest. Today, I live in Marysville with my husband—who serves as a local Police Officer and Navy Reservist—and together we’re raising our family in the same community that raised me.
That connection to this area runs deep, and it’s a big part of why I care so much about the people I serve.

After experiencing major life changes, including divorce, I knew I needed to create a more stable future for my family. Real estate became that path—but more importantly, it became a way to help others do the same.
I earned my real estate license in 2018 and have since built my business around one core belief:
Everyone deserves honest guidance, real support, and a fair opportunity to build their future.
I’ve worked with multiple brokerages, gaining experience across different aspects of the industry, but I always felt most fulfilled helping everyday buyers—especially military families—navigate the home buying process and fully utilize their VA loan benefits.

With my husband’s background as a Navy Reservist, I understand the unique challenges that come with military life—especially PCS moves, tight timelines, and making big decisions from a distance.
That’s why I’ve made it a priority to support military families with:
Virtual home tours and remote buying options
Flexible communication across time zones
Clear guidance on VA loans and benefits
A steady, reliable presence throughout the entire process
Whether you’re relocating to the area or moving within it, my goal is to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
-Honest, transparent communication
-A client-first approach—always
-Local expertise in Snohomish County
-Strong advocacy and negotiation
-A supportive, no-pressure experience
Most importantly, you’ll have someone in your corner who genuinely cares about your outcome—not just the transaction.
